R-EPOXY UV is a fast cure top coat epoxy (12 hours). 2 gals covers 100 feet2 Requires 1A:1B mixing ratio. This resin is optimal for all kinds of coating applications with pours up to 1/4″ at once . It offers an ultra glossy finish. Then check out our R-Cast 2.0 for deeper/thicker pours. Application: Apply with Epoxy spreader. Multi-layer application: CHEMICAL ADHESION: Product must be dry to the touch, but still soft (tacky). Normally, this texture is obtained 8 hours after initial layer. * Never pour if the first layer is still liquid*. MECHANICAL ADHESION: When the 1st coat is dry (more than 16 hours), lightly sanding the first coat to ensure a perfect bonding (120 paper) .
